Unauthorised policy 319686
Good morning
An amount of R170,00 was deducted from my SASSA account on 06/01/26 without my consent. I never took out a policy with Clientele and I instructed to cancel the policy with immediate effect. The agent that I spoke to advised me that the policy will be cancelled and I will get an email confirming that it was done. I still not not any confirmation
