Unauthorised IFA Debit Order on SASSA Grant
My 18 year old niece opened a student account so her SASSA grant can go into that account, upon the 1st payment IFA debited R299 out of the R350. She lost her mother when she was 8 years old and when she turned 18 she could no longer receive grant for children and now this is the only help she is getting and she is ****** by IFA and told by the bank she will never recover the money. This child is currently in matric and this is the only help she gets. It is disgusting how IFA (Clientele’s Division) can debit a students account for a funeral plan she doesn’t even have. We have tried by all means to recover the money and no success. This is **************** and an absolute disgrace as a business this is how you operate and this is how you make your money? Is there no shame, no integrity, values of ethical business? By “growing local “ you mean robbing the disadvantaged local!
