Unauthorised Debit order

I met with clientelle sales representatives in mahikeng town, they registered me to get discounts whenever I buy from stores but I never got a card. They never told me a thing about insurance but at some stage they asked for my bank card.

R239.00 was later deducted from my account on the 29th of august. Upon enquiry (30 august)at the bank I was told clientelle deducted money from the account and was irreversible. .

I made several calls to Clientelle legal few hours ago and spoke to Brian(sales rep) and Vincent(supervisor)..To my amazement when I spoke to Brian, he told me the money will reversed but only in 45 days, I further requested to speak to Vincent , the conversation didnt end with an agreement because I ran off airtime, however , Vincent ensured me that there will be no refund.

I hereby ask for a follow-up and look into the matter...Further the matter will be taken up with insurance ombudsman office.
