Unauthorised debit order
<p>Soemone from your company took down incorrect customer details and you have now debited me twice and now both times I have had to have this reversed and have put a stop to any future payments, you need to verify that teh account belongs to the person in question before loading debit orders against people.</p>

As per our telephonic discussion on the 15/12/2016 we have confirmed the reason why you had unauthorised debit orders going off your account from Clientele. We have also advised you on how the IFA (Independent Field Advertisers) application forms are captured, and the reason behind the process.
