Unauthorised debeting on account

i am sending this complaint on behalf of one of the ladies that works with me. She has been debited on her account from Clientelle and has not authorised any debits. She ahs cancelled the debit order at the bank but it still goes thru every month. How can they debit an account when she has no policies with them? <br> They need to call her on *** and STOP TAKING HER MONEY!!!!!!
