Unathorised debit orders by Clientele Life
Hello Peter, My spouse and I having a problem with Clientele Life debiting his Standard Bank account every month and he did not join anything at Clientele he has been reversing the money every month but they come with a different reference number all the time e.g Standard Bank: Debit Order R110.00 CLIENTELE ********** 00 180131; from ***. 2018-02-01 Query? ********** 107 This is really annoying because he has to reverse the money every month and this does not look good on his statement. His name is Nkululeko Khumalo contact number ********** we need an explanation from Clientele of what is going on as we are sick and tired already of this
