UNATHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I have cancelled the stupid policy prior a month already, they have deducted the debit order once again after they have confirmed cancellation with me! I have received cancellation letter confirming the cancellation but they continue to debit my account<br> <br> I have lodged a complaint to the management, all they have sent is a STUPID AUTOMATED REPLY saying they can't reverse the payments <br> <br> Government must CLOSE these companies down!!! They continue *****ing and robbing the poor people of they hard earned money!!! We have better use for this money to meet our urgent needs <br> <br> I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS STUPID POLICY
