Unable to cancel clientele life perks membership and *********** agents
I have been trying to cancel my clientele life perks membership and they have been beating around the bush with me. I called them been in the queue for over 1 hour. Reached out to them on WhatsApp and the agent Tshepang did not answer any of my messages but was quick to remind that the chat auto closes within 3mins but doesn’t want to cancel the subscription. Their services are horrible and call center is no existent. Dont fall for the trap. CANCEL MY CLIENTELE PERKS MEMBERSHIP, no need for a back and forth

As per our discussion, the necessary feedback has been provided on the 28th of August and your request to terminate Clientele Perks has been processed.
Furthermore , I have confirmed that an sms notification will be sent within 24/48hrs , also an email with a letter confirming cancellation has been forwarded on the email address we have on record.
