*****ulent Policies Put In Force with Clientele

Clientele still allows their brokers to put policies in-force *****ulently. Someone clearly put a policy in-force using my mothers details and they have been debiting her account for a policy she doesn't even know she had. I asked them to provide proof that it might be her who took out the policy and nothing was provided. There was no phone call recording proving that she took out a policy, and if it was a paper application, there is still no proof that she signed anywhere accepting their terms and conditions. Now cancelling a policy we have not put in force is another mission on its own.
