******* into joining Clientele life (****)

A lady from Clientele life approached and told me that she wanted to sign me up for the Clientele Rewards program. The woman went as far as saying that it was free and that i won't have to pay a cent.

Little did i know that she signee me up for a Clientele life funeral policy. Now my bank account shows that i have a Clientele life debit order.

I need whomever is in charge to reverse this. I can't afford funeral cover. I don't want or need funeral cover. I am a student. For goodness sakes I'm 19. Where the hell am i going to get that kind of money.

I had no idea that i was being signed up for funeral cover. I was *******. If this is what Clientele life has to do to get people to join, i don't think I'll ever join in the future.

My only request is that you fix this. Please correct this horrible injustice.

I was told during the telephonic conversation that the debit order would be cancelled but still , after so many days there hasn't been no change.

Yes i did receive a message telling me that the policy was canceled, but why is the debit order still active?
