totally false advertising

I was in hospital for over a week and I'm on a hospital plan with clientele and they was suppose to pay me. Out within 48 hours its very easy for them to take my money but they don't want to pay out they speak so much lies on television I'm very disapointed I have faxed all the details and all I got was a refrence number this very unprofessional how do I recommend clientele to my freinds and family and this is my 1st time I had to claim from the time I'm with them that's from 2010 the question is can I rely on them I guess not
