Those tv ads are bluffing! No action just all talk

Such bad service delivery, in fact no delivery at all. My sister passed on Thursday the 14 January 2016 since the day of her passing we've been calling trying to get the funeral claim. She was laid to rest on Saturday the 23 January 2016. 10 days later and still nothing from you guys. How the hell do you guys think we buried our beloved sister?! All those silly ads you flock on our tv's are a waste. You guys are all talk no action. We are so disappointed in clientel. Ever since that Thursday we've been calling and all we get is \ your policy is gone for assessment"do you guys asess the money that is debited from our accounts monthly with out fail for assessment?! Maybe you should. As a family we feel.****** and cheated by this insurance company. All documentation was confirmed received 16 January 2016 but why the hell have we not been attended to.
