They took my money the same month i just opened the policy and I haven't approved it yet
They took my money the same month i just opened the policy and I haven't approved it yet. They said they'll give me 30 days to consider but no they just had to take it and it's not 30 days yet

You requested to cancel the policy and the cancellation of the debit order process was confirmed to you by Lerato Putuka.
As per our telephonic discussion, the policy was still within a Cooling off period and the refund process was explained to you by Client Services Department.
