They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

My domestic worker was stopped at the workshop Durban by your employee. The guy took her number and ID. She was told she would only be hearing about the product. She left the man after declining to give her banking details and her phone and told them she wasn’t interested. When she left the mall, the man proceeded to use a different phone to register her details. Now they keep deducting. She went to her bank and they tried to call clientele. She spent an hour on the phone before the call cut, but thought the issue was resolved because the lady she spoke to said she would cancel the contract. This month they took another R300 from her bank account. When I tried to speak to a man named Tshepang from clientele and asked for a refund of the two months they deducted, but he told me no money would be returned even though this was clear *****. I then asked him to share the details of the man she spoke to, so we can go open a case with the police but he ended our conversation stating the conversation was over. She doesn’t speak, read or write English but this authentication was done for her using her number on another phone. How did you even get her banking details? Our assumption is they used her ID to get that information. She didn’t give written or verbal consent and actually refused to sign up yet they still stole from her. Is this so the man gets his commission? Very sad to prey on the vulnerable.

Clientele are ****mers. They only look out for themselves. They claim to help the poor when they infact ***** from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have all the screen shots of the conversation with Tshepang available as proof to how you just don’t care. She doesn’t even know what she was signed up for. She received no messages from clientele confirming anything. Only sms she received was from her bank notifying her of the deductions.
