How can you ***** money from people whom have never even spoken to you regarding a policy of any kind?

Clientelle has taken money from my bank account for no reason, i have never opened an account of any sort with them and never have i ever spoken to a consultant regarding any policy and yet R285 was deducted and i couldn't even reverse it and Capitec told me there's nothing they can do.

Clientelle sickens me! I don't know how you people are in business with such a low level of ethic and utter dishonesty.
