THE WORST SERVICE EVER
I have requested encashment on my savings with Clientele, I got response on the 17 August that they received my documents and I will get my money in 8 days now its the 1st of September all I've been told is that they are verifying my request. The worst part the money that I'm supposed to get is R2644.36, today they telling me its R2500. I'm even considering to cancel my funeral policy because its becoming clear to me I will get the response for the claim long after the person has been buried.
