terrible hospital plan sales

Previously I was contacted by the call centre to try sell me a hospital plan after I responded to the TV ad, so far so good. When I asked about the terms and conditions, the sales lady kept telling me that she had explained them to me, my response was, \I want to read the fine print before I sign up."After this going back and forth with me trying to explain to here that her few sentences could not be the terms and conditions and being put on hold 3 times"
