TAKING DEBIT ORDER EARLIER THAN AGREED DATE

<p>HI</p> <p>My agreed debit order date on my clientele loan is the 25th of each month because our salary date is the 25th , because the 25th was on a Sunday they took the debit order on the 23 which resulted in the debit order being returned by the bank.I have been a client at Absa for 25 years and never a debit order got returned.Now I have a bad name with my bank and will result in future loans or second bonds not being aproved due to Clientele not sticking to the contract agreement.All other debit orders that must go off on the 25th will only go off today the 26th. </p>
