Stop these unsolicited marketing calls NOW!!!
I have finally got gatvol with the incessant unsolicited phone calls that my wife and I get from various sources. What I've usually done is to blacklist the numbers so at least we don't get phoned by that same number, but this doesn't seem to help all that much.
So, today I actually responded to the call from Clientele about funeral policies, and Forgiveness phoned me back. I asked him to put me through to one of his managers so I could tell them that under no circumstances would I ever take a policy or any service from a company that subscribes to unsolicited phone calls. As you can expect, the line went dead. I did put a complaint into their customer services email address but don't expect to get a response. I have blacklisted all the numbers they phoned me on.
So, if you get as irritated as I do with these calls, maybe could we start a movement to do the same to all these companies that use the unsolicited calls services and stop them doing it?
