STOP HARRASSING ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>On 26 October 2016 I issued a complaint against Clientelle to stop harassing me as I am not interested in a policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have contaced me and informed me that my telephone number will be removed from the system.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just now they have contacted me for a policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I report Clientelle's Company somewhere for harrasment?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please see my report on HelloPeter on 26/10/16</p> <p> </p> <p>STOP HARRASSING ME</p> <p>Somewhere Clientele Legal obtained my phone number, they are phoning me every day to become a member, I am not interested as I am already employed at an attorney company. </p> <p>Every day I have to tell them I am not interested, now I am still receiving phone calls and sms.</p> <p>Please remove my contact details from your list and stop harrassing me with your phone calls and sms.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We confirm that we contacted you on 27 October 2016 to discuss the issues raised prior to your query received on 08 December 2016. Upon contacting you on 08 December 2016, we confirmed that we had requested for your details to be removed from our database and explained procedures to remove your details with any marketing channels.

Furthermore, on 19 December 2016 we explained that your details have been blacklisted from receiving any direct marketing calls and messages with all our affiliates.

We confirm that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions.

As per your request we have since removed your details from our database. However, other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list. You confirmed that you have followed the process and removed your details.

It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regards. You have confirmed that you are satisfied with the outcome and we would like to thank you for providing us the opportunity to resolve this matter.
