Still debited inspire of cancellation

I'm still waiting for my refunds and now judith is not answering my emails anymore.... How's can I be happy when u told me that ur boss is looking at my complain from that time already 6weeks have passed. I also cancelled the lagal policy a month ago but still clientele debited my account.... How can u people be so *****ed to people' money simply because u had access to my account??? Refund my money people I won't rest until I get all my money.
