Still awaiting for for feedback and a response
Good day

I am actually to the end of my wits with this policy now
this is not the first time I am complaining. I have sent through all my documents and claim on the 16/03/2016 and to date I have not been contacted I keep phoning the call centre to find out how far is my claim and all I get its with an assessor. NO one has contacted me till now and I am still waiting for some information I am not told if I will be paid or not I and I have to make arrangements to pay my the bills in the hospital. Although I have a medical aid I still need to pay the shortfall.
I am very unhappy with the service I am getting with Clientele as this is more than two weeks that I am waiting for an answer. If this is the case then I will not recommend this service to anyone ever again
I want an answer immediate or I will make sure that no family member of mine will ever take clientele again
