*****sters
There are a group of "agents" in my eyes ****mers that works in denlyn... on the 14th of august i was approached by a lady and she took out a policy for me.... i was recorded and on the recording I've stated that i am unemployed and i do not have money to pay for a policy so please do not take out the policy for me... she assured me that they not going to deduct money from my account and that the policy will not commence... mean while she took my phone and accepted the debicheck herself as i did not accept it and i am aware of the fact that i did not do it myself... after that an amount of R352.00 was deduct from my account and they now dont want to pay me my money back can you help me

I did not accept a debicheck and now you telling me that i am not going to receive a refund
This is fruad on a very big scale... Clientele is a company full of *****sters and they take your money but can not pay the money back
I was dedcuted on the first of September
The lady said no they have to put the company details on my phone meanwhile she went and accepted the debicheck on my behalf... now they saying they cant pay me.... i need my money
