Took out a hospital insurance with Clientele, but decided (within the grace period) that I rather not take it with Clientele, phoned Clientele canceled, got the sms on 3/30/2015 that the cancellation was successful and my debit order will be refunded. Phone this morning 07/04/2015 to find out where is the refund money, the girl on the phone said no my cancellation has not been completed they need proof that the money came off my account???? Conveniently they left that out when I phone them the first time. Even though they send you a sms confirming your cancellation. ************
