*****ing people's money and refuse to return it immediately

Clientele life now is *********** people, I don't have anything with clientele and never had anything before but to my surprise they deducted R242 from my bank account without my consent. When I call them they say they don't have anything with me but they do not know why they deducted and I want them to refund my money they say it will take up to 10 days to get my money yoh.
