SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern

I have submitted an ancashment claim to Clientel. I have been calling last week Thursday 1 March and even today March 6, When I call am told that I should wait eight working days for the claim to be finalised and that the eight days exclude the two days of my submittion. Since on that two days is period that the email submittion has to be opened and forwarded to the correct department. This Morning I spoke Nathely saying that I want pacification of how far is the claim. She says no it's been handed over for payments. Remember I already know that but want to know exactly what is the person processing doing. I then asked to to speak to her senior Mr Jay Siripal. She said he was on the phone. She continued to emphasise that this will take right working days. I then said am not happy with waiting period. She said well it's their rule. I even made an example that if i make this loan having to bury someone, that means I will get the money only after the funeral. She no for that I have have a funeral cover. How HEARTLESS THE STAFF IS. I stressed that Jay should call. Even now he has not calked.

I don't understand this. Can somebody explain?

Also when you speak to the callcenter agent they ell you that one has to wait for that period, one to complain afterwards. They don't even consider ones request for them to request the one processing the claim to process it faster. Let alone when you request to speak to a someone senior. Everytime the team leader or supervisor or the manager are not available either they are in meetings or on the call. They are also not allowed to give you their names or email address. Can somebody explain how is this a good and professional service? I also said to Nathely other companies are reducing the waiting period. She no they are not other companies. They have to follow the rules. I need to know who is the CEO and get his contact details.
