Sis Clientèle

Clientèle Perks is a modern day ****ming platform, where they get people to sign you up and promise you the world of rewards and great stuff attached. This however comes at a great price as they debit your account every single month and at the end perks are not being released, or a very small window to claim these rewards. They then make you jump through hoops to get this “policy” which it isn’t cancelled. There is no was to reverse funds or get a refund whatsoever, they will be every keen on the cancellation once the debt order goes off and the perks have not been issued. Very disappointing in Clientèle for taking advantage of people as I thought their brand was to help and improve lives of those which are between middle class and less fortunate but it shows all the way through to there call centres where agents put clients on mute when a complaint is brought up and being put on hold for time on end once asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up to clear a problem. Highly disgusted and disappointed in clientele’s way of business wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I come across or to family members and friends
