****s, they won’t pay my claim
Worse service ever, my mom passed away on Tuesday tried to claim with Clientèle, they requested my documents I sent them on the 19/05/21 and they promised to give me a call yesterday morning to finalize the claim they never did call me I ended up calling to found out? the guy I spoke to Guaranteed a call back from a person named khonzo who is a claim assessor but they never did call me, this is bull**** my mom is a policyholder and I’m a beneficiary and she paid all her premiums monthly now that I want to claim I’m getting issues the funeral is on Saturday how am I suppose to bury my mom, you people are assholes and claims and you should be closed
