I recently put in a claim On behalf of my mother,For her hospital plan at clientele, as she was in hospital. The claiming process took long I had to call numerous times to get an update even after I had submitted the documents they had requested. When they finally did get back to us they sent me someone else’s claim. I called about that once again and they later said the claim has been processed. We were shocked to learn that they only paid out R1,144 for this clam after years of paying the policy!

They requested to see all the hospital bills incurred which were over 30k and all they eventually paid we R1,144 what a JOKE

Really disappointing what a ******* company
