****MED BY CLIENTELE!!!!

I got a call from a sales consultant from Clientele in February 2019, selling me a funeral cover. She however sold me "Lies", where in her sales call she mentioned things that were not covered by the plan. I called clientele about 2 weeks to inquire about my plan and just check if all was in order only to be told that only I was covered, and NOT my extended family as per the plan i was sold by the sales consultant. I then laid a complained and was told that an investigator would call me. She indeed called to provide feedback on the the complaint and CONFIRMED that after listening to the sales calls, she can confirm that their sales consultant **** on the phone. Clientele has deducted R1600 from account for what??? if i hadn't called to check how long would this have gone on for??? how many people are ****med by insurance companies and when when its time to claim they duck and dive??? The investigator further told me that they will not be refunding me, even though they were on the wrong??? WOW...!!!
