Called Clientele Insurance, and only to out that the insurance number was issued without a welcome letter and policy documents nit issued. I was later assisted Clientele investigator Rhandzu Manganyi, who assured mummy sister that her matter would be investigated and refund would be done...thank you Rhandzu the matter has been resolved and refund received.
