Sales consultant misled us
Hi My partner and I took a hospital plan while she was pregnant hoping it might help when shez due. Months later when we enquire abt de hospital to go to for booking and stuff. They told us know we won't be covered cz we havent been with them for more than 12 months bt at first consultant said it's a 3 months waiting period. We reported to them and now they're busy with investigation. What's even worse we have to take the curtecy to follow up with them cz they're not getting back as to how far they are with investigation. We followed up again yesterday and they're indeed misled us. What are the recourse to this?
