I had taken out a life policy which considering my health was very affordable. I knew i was doing a life policy due to the underwriting questions. I hadn't read through the policy docs as yet after receiving it. Dustin called me back to inform me that cover was only for personal accident and not full life cover which is why it was cheap. Although I have to cancel the cover, thank you to Dustin for going the extra mile and informing me of this very important info. His telephone etiquette was also excellent through out the call.
