I happen to be in a mall.and met one of their employees and she explained to me of a certain rewards programme. Oh I regret ever listening to that little girl. Said to me I can get rewards for spending at certain shops and places. Then she asked for my bank details,which I didn't just give her,I asked why and she said thats where the reward cash would be sent. Now Clientele takes money from my account without my knowledge, R170 every month. I work hard for it. Their WhatsApp service is USELESS AND THEIR CALL CENTER IS WORSE. So basically I don't have anyone who can stop these unauthorized transactions because you can't even stop or dispute via the bank
