Rudeness is bad for business

I received a call arround 09:35 today from clientele from a lady who said her name is Mpho from clientele who would like few minutes of my time,I asked her if she wants to sell me policies she advised no said ok she can proceed.she dd her disclosures n started asking if I have a life cover and does it offer cash back politely so I told her I am not interested I know what clientele has as my husband works there her reply was she didn’t ask me if my husband works there or not I told her as I advised I use to work for insurance division I have policies in place thank she hanged up .just wanted to know is this service clientele offer to clients worse new clients.being in sales I know that you need to be professional n listen to clients so you can respond but that consultant is so rude if u keep people like that your brand will go down hope the QA listen to calls n my call can be found even if I wanted a product this experience make me not to think you guys as an option or even tell ppl about you guys
