Rude sales agent. Sies maan.
I am very disgusted and dissapointed on how I was insulted by a call centre consultant who tried to sell a policy to my husband and I. First of all she called on my husbands phone talking to me like **** even when I told her we are not interested on whatever she was selling. My question is don't you guys train your consultants about respecting customers and where is the QA team that should be advising these consultants on how to talk to clients, you will keep on losing clients with such consultants, they should probably undergo proper call centre training and get RE5 so that they can know how a call centre should operate.
