Rude insurance sales person

I got a call from clientele forcing me to take their cover. I told them it’s double the amount I would have with my current insurance. She said I was being irresponsible for not wanting to save R2500 a month from their rewards. All insurance offer rewards it only depends what you are looking for and she didn’t need to be rude and talk down on me. I did my homework and unfortunately clientele was more expensive than all the other insurers which is why I am going with outsurance as a top up. Please teach your staff not to berate people when people don’t chose what they are selling, saying they are the only person in a billion people to say no. Using a selling point of burying Ricky Rick. I am a mom I am invested in investment not death if she asked what’s on my will she’d be surprised if my wishes and would sell me investments instead.
