Return back of investment
<p>I took investment with IFA(clientele insurance ).I paid for 11 months then for financial reasons I decided to stop the investment. Then I ask for my premium s only to find what I paid I was paying R220 per month I received half of the money.Please can you help me .Is this the correct money that I received. Policy number ********** 66/IFA number AM104959./encashment number E ********** 2.</p>

As per our discussion, we have clarified how the policy is designed.
the policy is a long-term open ended investment plan. As per the policy terms and conditions 100% of the investment amount is available for withdrawal after 121 paid premiums.
We therefore confirm that the value paid was correct as per policy terms and conditions.
Premiums are not refundable unless the Policyholder cancels the policy within 30 days of the Commencement Date.
