Response to claim

My husbands claim no. S***. Mr L Govender was paid out R13000, plus, from 13-08-2015 to 22-08-2015. I am responding late to clientele's email, as I was very ill, and hospitalized since the 5th of October. My husband is a diabetic, every time he goes to a doctor or hospital, they will always mention diabetes, on there reports. That does not mean that the patient has been consulted or admitted for diabetes. This person is a diabetic everyday of his life. He disclosed that to clientele, at the inception of the policy. So it does not necessarily mean that the patient has been admitted for diabetics. And yes. The patients diabetics is either high or low everyday of his life, so if he is in hospital, they will take daily readings. So I think you have under paid this claim, and your assessments department needs to rectify this immediately.
