I would like to launch a complain about the debit order to the clientele policy of which I never agreed on it, they deducted R289 from my account and it cannot be disputed.I would appreciate it if I can get help as soon as possible, even reversing the transaction. Reference number for the transaction is ***.
And I want them to take this as notice to request cancellation of this policy effective from 27/10/2021. I would appreciate if they send me the written confirmation within 30 days that the cancellation has been put into effect.
