Repeated Debit Order from Clientele Life
Clientele Life repeatedly debit my account after numerous cancellations and debit order reversals. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR ******* PRACTICES. I have to reverse the debit order every month. I do not want want your policies and I am not interested in any of your offers.

We confirm that we do not have any records which indicate a request to cancel your policy. Our recordings for the 7th and 10th February 2020 confirmed that an instruction was received for the policy to remain active. We have since assisted with the cancellation as per request, should you wish to continue with the policy we encourage you to contact us and we will gladly welcome you back as a valued client.
