Refusing to disclose information

<p>I have a policy with IFA , and it is paid for buy my Mother. a payment did not go through this month and I was told they will debit again. Now I am triying to find out if the policy is up to date and I am told my Mother need to call in because she is paying for the policy. I am the policy holder yet I am being told that I can not be given any information regarding the policy because I am not paying for the policy. I am staing to get annoiyed because I am triying to fix this and not getting anywhere.</p>
