Refuse to pay for hospitalisation
<p>CLIENTEL LIFE HOSPITAL PLAN refuses to pay for hospitalisation based on medical history. After submitting documents including a copy of the hospital file (wich cost R800). Is an absolute joke. Stay away from these people who take your cash monthly just to find anyway possible not to pay. Shamefull of you ....... i dont want anything to do with you or your product anymore. #clientellife #hospitalplan</p>

You should refrain from posting private patient information on a public platform ie: dr mentjies. Furthermore this was never a predisposing condition and challange you and your company for misrepresentation and not bieng truthfull concerning your advertising. I AM APPAULED that you would expect your client to furnish you with documentation that has costs and then furthermore not reimburse them for that cost. I am not happy with your response and will escilate this matter to the relevent organisations.
