Refund Request
I am writing this mail to bring attention that from last month 29/09/2023 and 31/10/2023 clientele life has been deducting from my account and i don't have any policy with them.I haven't signed any paper or was assisted by any consultant to join,so i am asking them to give me my two months money(refund )
I have been calling and I am not getting the right people to assist me with this matter because I am told no refunds are done whilst I didn't sign up to anything with the clientele.
I wish they should bring back my money into my account and look for the person who signed up because they have reference numbers.
