refund my money

Hi there, I emailed [Email Removed] on 15.04.2015 at 4.12pm advising that I want this policy to be cancelled as I no longer see a need for it, IFA Number: AL077761 // Client?le Wealth Plan: ***<br> I was advised that the policy would be cancelled with immediate effect. They then debited my account on the 28th of April (for no good reason) - I WANT the money that was debited refunded to my account! Immediately!<br> <br> please refund me my money! now!
