REFUND ME PLEASE

I am very unhappy with all... I met some 2 guys in Diepkloof while visiting my parents they explained the product to me and told the that i am not going to join till i receive a call and i agree to what they hv told me they took my baking details and when the other 1 was explaining to me about the grocery voucher the other 1 took my phone and accepted the debit mandate which we ddnt agree upon, its been 2 months now money its being debited out of my account tried calling several time ls to cancel but when i get to ask about the confirmation email that says it has being canceled they hang up on me i went to my bank to stop the debit but surprisingly it still goes through please cancel amd please give me my full refund i didn't agree to all this. The money i receive its for my childs maintenance i cannot afford bit to be debited cause i need every cent of it... i want my refund
