Refund for money IFA I never signed for

I have been hijacked by one of ur consultant selling an investment policy telling me that it is a way of getting my IFA amount that I have been paying ever since I joined and which I did that when I have to claim I was told it is impossible how I don't know I asked for the call recording to be send to me as u r trying to run away to funding my money till today nothing has been received... U tell me what kind of service is that the only notification I received is a cancelation of IFA business which clearly shows that I have been reaped off all the time hence it is very difficult for u to refund me my money... I need my money back guys from the time I joined I can't remember signing for my any IFA business I only signed to get a legal cover nothing else and the investment policy that was sold to me with lies I want it to be canceled with immediate effect...
