refund
I have been waiting for my refund of R455 they deducted money for a canceled policy. I called everyday from July, then they said they'll have to listen to the call recordings. They did and saw they were at fault. They said they'll pay R210 which I didn't understand why. But still waiting on them since July no communication nothing from them.
