Premium Hospital Cash Back Plan - Wont Pay!!!

Pathetic on intentionally reneging, difficult to get to grips with the true state of their service , although looking through some of the other reviews a combination of both seems to be the true reflection.

On the 4th April 2016 I took out a Clientele “ Premium Hospital Cash Back Plan “

Early January 2017 I was Hospitalised for 10 days for a major back operation. Subsequent to coming out of Hospital, I submitted my claim as per requirements dated 25th January 2017 ,(Reference SO107357 . Subsequent to this submission I have made a number of telephone calls as well as sent numerous emails to try and get some response to the statues of this claim without any response. When you finally get through to their customer service call centre, are filled with empty promises and emails are ignored.

Roughly about 15 years ago there was an Insurance company whose public message was “ We Don’t Hassel we Pay “ Internally in the board room the policy was we will hassle we won’t pay. I wonder whether Clientele has not adopted a similar policy. This company went under liquidation.

To the management communicate with your customers and honour your policies . Every morning on SABC you run an adverti*****t ensuring your customers of the quick and prompt service delivery don’t front your service deliver it.
