Poor service
The add on the TV is misleading as well when you join them they let you think its a hospital plan and you can go to any private hospital. I thought its a hospital plan and that it would cover you when you need to be admitted into hospital just to find out close to a year its not. I am try to cancel the 3 policies but had success with only the one and then after I joint a proper hospital plan to cover for my family the debit orders went off this morning for Clientele and I therefor I need to move my new cover out with another month. Strange if you sms the number for sales clientele cant stop phoning you but if you want to talk to them to they nowhere to be found!!!!!!! All I want for them is to call me and cancel my policies with them( R60k down the drain - thank you Clientele :|(
